LA County Fair

It was off to the fair last night. It was a fun but chilly night in Pomona. Sofia had a great time getting on the rides and playing games. We now have an official new family member--our goldfish named "Mater". Hopefully Mater will stick around for a while. I forgot the camera so the only picture we have is this banner we made of the girls.

Apple Picking at Rileys Farm

Today we went apple picking and had lots of fun. We picked apples, made our own apple cider and got to see some animals at the petting zoo. We all had fun picking the best apples.

Alejandro Fernandez Concert

My mom, mother-in-law Irene and I went to see Alejandro Fernandez at the Amphitheater. It was an amazing show and we had a great night! Next up, my father-in-law Vicente in November.

Disneyland with the Zozaya's

Today we spent the day at The Happiest Place on Earth with the Zozaya's! We had a great time and the kids got on lots of rides including Splash Mountain!! Sorry about the $100 t-shirt Nikki! It was an awesome day.

Raging Waters!!

Sofia took her first trip to Raging Waters with her Aunt Adri, Tio David, Kathy and Debbie today. She had a great time and enjoyed all of the kidie slides. Here are a few pics of her adventure.

Beach Day!!!

We went to the Farmer's Market on Main Street in Santa MOnica hoping ot see some clowns and have Sofia ride some ponies. All we saw was a rocker clown making balloon shapes and an empty space where the ponies were supposed to be. Apparently it was too hot for the ponies. We ended up walking down to the beach for a little while and had a great time.

MS Walk 2008

Our little family participated in the Annual MS Walk at the Rose Bowl. It was a great event with a huge turnout. Sofia raised over $100 and was so proud to get a medal. Too bad we didn't take a family picture.

Sofia's Birthday!

We had 2 birthdays to celebrate on March 6. Sofia turned 4 and Victoria turned 11. For their birthday we celebrated where else, at the happiest place on earth.

We had a small get together at my place to celebrate February Birthdays. Happy Birthday Mom, Tia Quelo and Alejandra!!

Snow Day

Today we went sledding at Mountain High with the Zozaya's. Sofia was a little scared at first but started laughing the minute we went down the hill. We had a great time and to end our day with a bang watched the NY Giants beat the Green Bay Packers 23-20. Next stop--SuperBowl Sunday!!!

Back to Work I Go

Well, yesterday was my first official day back at work and I missed my little ones so much. Rudy is home with them so I called baout five times yesterday. Needless to say he called me a stalker. :) They did really well and Rudy even cooked dinner for me! I might get to used to this. Here are some pictures of the girls at home with dad.
